General information:

We will provide a digital projector. So, you need to bring a notebook (portable computer) to your presentation.


Specific information:
For authors of long papers:

Each long paper will have 20 minutes to be presented plus about five minutes for discussion (questions and answers). We recommend you to structure your presentation according to this schedule.


For authors of short papers:

Each short paper will have 10 minutes to be presented plus about three minutes for discussion (questions and answers). We recommend you to structure your presentation according to this schedule.


For authors of Work-in-Progress papers:

The WiP session will consist of short oral presentations (5 minutes each) followed by poster presentations in the following coffee break, where the conference participants can ask the Author(s) about the presentation. As an Author you are requested to reserve the coffee break after your presentation for a question & answer session.

Due to organisational issues the presentations must be prepared in electronic form. PDF and MS PowerPoint are the preferred formats. If you need other formats please contact the WFCS 2006 team.

Presentations can either be sent to WFCS 2006 team or brought along during registration on the first day of the conference, although we recommend to send it earlier to allow for cross checks.

You should prepare your poster taking into account that you have a maximum size of 85cm width by 120cm height.

To guarantee a smooth and pleasent organisation you are asked to put your poster on the reserved place as soon as possible on the day of your presentation. Poster will be in public places the whole day long and should be removed at the end of the day of presentation. Please ask for your poster location at the registration desk.
